Together, they pioneered the industry and built a company centered around being a genuine family business, upholding an employee focus, and driving innovation for a greater good impact.

Now in the second generation, DCI continues to master their product ingenuity and create tools to build safer, more productive, and accessible solutions for communities around the world. The legacy set forth by Mercer and Hambling that holds strongest is that of its people. Being family owned and operated does not stop at these two last names, it extends throughout the entire company and includes each individual of the DCI family.
